We teach the importance of physical fitness and proper nutrition.
Proper basic exercises are taught with the importance of form and breathing. These exercise help develop the kids muscles and structure, while also teaching them how to do the exercises correctly. These exercises will help keep the kids physically fit and prepared for the sports and activities they participate in.
The proper food choices kids learn and make now is very important to their health in the future. Kids can eat anything right now, but as they grow older they need to know more about proper nutrition. Our goal is to get children to discover the benfits of a healthy and active lifestyle and incorporate some of the things they learned while at Camp Smackdown into their lifes. We challenge and accomplish goals you’re kids set whether it is with individual exercise, team exercises or learning and becoming more confident with the wrestling moves.
We build Self esteem
By answer questions, doing individual wrestling character dramatics, and seeing how important accomplishing individual goals as well as working with a team is enormous in building kids self confidence.
Oh Yeah and its fun
Kids will love learning wrestling moves and action they see on T.V while being in a real wrestling ring. We also teach character dramatics which will bring out your kids creativity along with being fun.

Times will be from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm on the calendar dates posted. Just pick a date and email me or call with any questions 612-834-0769. Cost is $75.00 per child.
Kids will receive lunch and a camp shirt, please wear athletic clothing and if transportations is a problem please contact me.
